Challenge
The primary challenge was the limited time available for filming. Alongside the head of the communications department, we had just 15 minutes to interview and film Susanna. This required efficient planning and execution to ensure a meaningful and engaging introduction was captured.
Solution
To maximize the short filming window, the interview focused on key topics that would resonate with the university community, including her professional background, leadership philosophy, and connection to Halmstad University. The filming setup was minimalistic yet professional, ensuring the content remained the focal point while reflecting warmth and authenticity.
