The challenge was to capture the essence and importance of the university by showcasing diverse voices and perspectives while maintaining a cohesive narrative. With over 100 interviews conducted on campus, including leadership, faculty, doctoral students, custodians, and students, the goal was to present a comprehensive and heartfelt portrayal of the institution.
Solution
To meet this challenge, we filmed and compiled interviews from a wide range of individuals connected to Halmstad University. The storytelling focused on personal experiences, professional growth, and the institution's broader societal contributions. Careful editing ensured the film highlighted the university as a dynamic and essential workplace and educational hub.
Results
The anniversary film was well-received within the university community, serving as a powerful visual celebration of Halmstad University's legacy. It was displayed on various screens throughout the campus during the entire anniversary year. Employees praised the film, expressing joy at seeing their colleagues speak so warmly about their workplace.
